Registered with the Lawyers' Association in 1997, practising law from said date, having been a partner of the firm of lawyers "Luís Laureano Santos, Jorge Calisto e Associados", from 2007 to 2011 to found, in 2011, "PMC | José Pujol, Luís Marçal, Jorge Calisto e Associados". The activity carried out is focused on the litigation, namely arbitration, and the monitoring of civil and public works' contracts, from the drawing up of bids and tender specifications to final acceptance, bearing in mind the various litigation cases with the related themes, namely of a business, labour, criminal and administrative offence nature.
